Our engagement with NOVA-FR delivered comprehensive marketing and technology support, tailored to the organization's unique needs. As NOVA-FR relies heavily on data generated through volunteer actions within its mobile application, effective management of its digital properties was critical.

The need for a shareable brand standard to align volunteers, vendors, and the broader community emerged as an immediate priority. Within the first weeks of our partnership, Commonwealth Creative addressed this need by developing NOVA-FR's Brand Book, providing a cohesive framework for their identity.

Over the course of our year-long collaboration, we played a pivotal role in helping the organization raise over $250,000 through donations and grants. We provided ongoing marketing leadership, campaign execution, and training for volunteers, staff, and summer interns—equipping them with the tools and skills needed to sustain future success.

Commonwealth Creative was integral to the success of NOVA-FR's annual fundraiser, Hunger Is Scary, raising over $25,000 from the campaign. We oversaw the creation of the entertainment schedule, designed all promotional materials, managed advertising placements, and developed landing pages integrated with the organization's CRM, optimizing user data and engagement.

These digital assets included gateways for ticket sales and registration, corporate sponsorship sales and donations/auction payments purchases during the event. We even conditionally emailed or texted event attendees as they exited the door with a final ask to donate. By combining strategic creativity with hands-on execution, we empowered NOVA-FR to make a measurable impact in their community.
